Sebastien FLUTE

Sebastien Flute, aged eleven, starts out in the archery in 1983. He starts his international career in the junior French team in 1988. Barely four years later, a title of world champion indoor in the bag, he defends the French colours at the Olympic Games in Barcelona and gets the Gold Medal.

Several individual and team medals later, he retires from the French team in 2000, at the end of the Olympics in Sydney, taking eighth place, but without necessarily hanging up his bow!

Vice champion du Monde en salle (Birmingham - Grande Bretagne)

1996

Médaille de bronze aux Championnats d'Europe par équipe (Kranjska-Gora - Slovénie) et participation aux Jeux Olympiques (Atlanta - Etats-Unis)

1997

Médaille de bronze au championnat du Monde en salle (Istanbul - Turquie)

1998

Médaille de bronze par équipe au championnat d'Europe (Boé-Agen - France)

2000

Médaille de bronze par équipe au championnat d'Europe (Antalya - Turquie) et 8éme place individuelle aux Jeux Olympiques de Sydney
